It will be new year’s eve later and Jaejoong is busy cooking for their small celebration.

“Umma, can you look at this for a while? I have to buy something”

Jaejoong’s umma nodded and grabbed the spatula from Jaejoong

“I’ll be back” Jaejoong said as he grabbed his phone and got out of the house

He looked at his phone and had 4 new messages

He read the 1st one

From: Jung Yunho
Happy New Year Jaejoongie! Greet your family for me, too

then the 2nd

From: Kim Junsu
Happy New Year Jae hyung! Have fun later!

then the 3rd

From: Shim Changmin
Happy New Year Jaejoong hyung! I wish I can taste your cooking today! hehe

then the 4th

From: Park Yoochun
Hyung, Happy New Year!

Jaejoong replied to all of the messages and drove off to buy some cake

When he reached the cake shop he got a reply

From: Park Yoochun
You gonna celebrate tonight? Umma’s arriving later and the two will celebrate with their families. But I don’t know with Yunho hyung =/

Jaejoong frowned when he read the part about Yunho

To: Park Yoochun
Yep. Why? What’s wrong with Yunho?

Within seconds, Yoochun replied

From: Park Yoochun
I’m not sure. But he told me he might not celebrate tonight. His parents are out of the country and his sister is at their province. Hyung I gotta go. Have a happy new year!

Jaejoong felt sorry for Yunho so he immediately texted him to check the man

To: Jung Yunho
Hey, how are you gonna celebrate tonight?

Jaejoong looked at the cakes and started choosing

After paying he got a reply

From: Jung Yunho
Me? Errrmm. I don’t know. Maybe, I’ll just sleep tonight.

Jaejoong really felt bad. It will be New Year’s eve and Yunho will just sleep.

To: Jung Yunho
How can you do that? It’s New Year’s eve! Don’t sleep. I’m gonna call you later! Understand?

Jaejoong got to his car and went back home

He received a reply

From: Jung Yunho
Eh? Can’t you just say it now?

Jaejoong smirked

To: Jung Yunho
No. Wait for my call tonight. Gotta go.

Everything’s done but Jaejoong is still checking how the food turned out

“Perfect” Jaejoong mumbled as he clapped his hands in delight

Jaejoong looked at his watched and it was almost midnight. He took a quick bath and dressed up

Then, it was New Year!

“Happy New Year!!” Jaejoong shouted, smiling

“Happy New Year to all!” Jaejoong’s umma shouted with joy

The rest of the family members greeted each other and soon they started to eat.
When Jaejoong was about to get food, he suddenly stopped and went to his room

He got his phone and texted

To: Jung Yunho
Happy New Year Yun!! Don’t sleep yet! Wait for my call!!!

After texting he went out of his room to eat

After 1 and a half hour Jaejoong went to his room again

Yunho was about to fall asleep when his phone rang

“Jaejoong? About time you called” Yunho said, yawning

“You were sleeping?!” Jaejoong asked from the other line

“No. I was waiting for your call. You told me, remember?” Yunho said as he sat up to wake himself up

“Good! I’m happy you obeyed me!” Jaejoong said, almost shouting

“Yeah,yeah Jaejoongie!” Yunho chuckled

Yunho admitted that Jaejoong made him happy

“So, how was your celebration?” Yunho asked

“It was good. We had some fireworks and then we ate” Jaejoong answered

*DingDong* Yunho’s doorbell was heard

“Sounds good. Someone’s here. It’s like 2am.. And I don’t who it is” Yunho said almost irritated because of the doorbell

“Yeah. I heard the doorbell. Why don’t you check it out. It might be your family” Jaejoong suggested

“Impossible. They’re out of the country” Yunho said as he walked towards the door

Yunho opened the door and was shocked to see who visited him

“Happy New Year our dear Yunho!!!!” Jaejoong greeted with a loud voice. He was carrying some plastic bags

“….”

“Aren’t you happy?” Jaejoong asked with a smile

Yunho was still speechless so he just let Jaejoong in

Jaejoong went straight to the living room

“I brought some food and beers! Let’s celebrate!” Jaejoong said excitedly as he took out some party hats from the plastic (party hats. lol xD)

“Jaejoong… You…” Yunho managed to say, almost moving on with the surprise

“Yeah. I’m here to celebrate New Year with you!” Jaejoong said with a smile
“And oh. We’re gonna be like this for the whole year” Jaejoong continued

“Huh?” Yunho asked confused

“Well, there’s a saying “What you do on January 1st will continue the whole year” so we’re going to be stuck together the whole year” Jaejoong said with a smile

“…As in drinking the whole year?” Yunho asked with curious eyes

“No, silly. Just you and I spending time together most of the time” Jaejoong said
“And can I stay ’till tomorrow?” Jaejoong asked

Yunho looked behind Jaejoong and saw a bag

“Obviously..” Yunho said with a smile
